Dating back to ancient times, dreams have fascinated people and have often served as guides. Describe the most vivid or reoccurring dream you’ve had in 2013. Imagine it’s a mysterious message in a bottle from your Higher Self. How might it direct you in the coming year?
Too many of my dreams were dark, foreboding and dreadful in 2013 – at least the ones I can recall were. The month of October when I felt like I was drowning – my dreams were wretched. I think they were manifestations of my fears and all my worries. Once I came out of the pit I was in, they were gone. Thankfully so.
I take it as a sign to relax more – meditate more – stop fretting about the small stuff and just “be”. I listen to my body more and take action to do things to calm myself before bedtime.
